We do expect to release our first Gender Equality Report by 2021 Gender Equality in Tanzania Report will assess leading companies on workplace equality in terms of gender balance, leadership, workforce, equal compensation, work-life balance, policies promoting gender equality, commitment, transparency and accountability and CSR initiatives.
