Joseline Jonathan Kamuhanda BIOGRAPHY

Joseline Kamuhanda is the CRDB Bank Head of Marketing. She has vast experience in Marketing, Communications, Change Management, and Corporate Affairs. She started her career in the telecommunications industry before joining the Banking Industry where she broadly managed and worked closely with the leadership team to fulfill the organization’s business and communications objectives. In her professional career, she previously worked for Vodacom Tanzania where she held various senior positions including Brand Manager before being promoted to Head of Brand & Advertising. Prior to joining CRDB Bank Plc, Joseline served as Head of Corporate Communications at NMB Bank Plc. She is very passionate about women empowerment particularly in reducing gender gaps in leadership. Joseline co-founded the NMB Women Arise initiative -a forum that fosters gender equality, advancement, mentorship, and opportunities for women at NMB Bank Plc and was also a deputy chairperson. Joseline is part of the team that spearheaded the launch of the Finance2Equal Tanzania Initiative by the International Finance Corporation. An initiative that aimed at increasing women’s participation across businesses. She is looking forward to nurturing more women at CRDB Bank as an internal consultant of the SHE An initiative that aims to empower, inspire, expose, network, and support CRDB women. Joseline holds an MBA from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Master’s Degree in Management and Marketing from Herriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. She is a certified Creative writer, digital marketer, and internal communications specialist from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). She loves outdoor adventures, particularly the mountains, so far she has conquered Mount Meru, Kilimanjaro, and Kenya. Looking forward to conquering many more.
