Women on Boards: Driving Change and Unlocking Value in Tanzania 

The latest report highlights a positive trend: the percentage of women on boards of listed companies on Tanzania’s Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) has risen to 21.3% in 2023, up from 19.5% in 2022. This progress is encouraging, but much more effort is needed to accelerate gender diversity on boards and in management to unlock the significant potential benefits for companies and society.
